Pictures may be attached to a message using the "Upload attachment" tab under the area where you type your message.
If your picture is larger than 100kb, you'll need to resize it to upload it.
Use the software and instruction manual that came with your camera to resize your picture if needed.
Numerous free and easy to use online image resizers can also be used.
They can be found by typing "resize images" in your browsers search window.
Here's the steps to follow to put a picture on your computer into a post:
Start a post you want to put the picture in, then click on the "Upload attachment" tab below the box you are typing in.
Click on the "Browse" button to find the picture on your computer, select it and you'll come back to your post.
Click on the "Add the file" button next to the "Browse" button to upload the picture ... it will take a few moments.
Click on the "Place inline" button to put it in your post.
Click on the "Preview" button to check your post or the "Submit" your post.
If you need your picture to be larger than the allowed 100kb size you can use an image hosting site and the link they provide for posting to a forum such as ours.
Numerous image hosting sites can be found by typing "image hosting" in your browsers search window.
Follow the image hosting site instructions and copy the link they provide to your picture.
Once your picture is on the image hosting site you can link to it in your message.
Type your message, click on the "Img" button above the message window.
Paste the link to your picture on the image hosting site, then click on the "Img" button again.
